We call, confirm, ship and collect the cash.
Send us your leads. Our agents phone every one in their own dialect, confirm the order, and we ship it from a warehouse in your customer's country. You get paid on what was actually delivered.
Applications are reviewed by a person, usually within a working day.
Why this is hard
Selling COD is easy. Collecting on it is not.
A lead is not an order. Someone has to ring the customer, in the right language, at an hour they will answer — and again tomorrow when they do not. Then the goods have to be in the right country before anyone promises a delivery date, a driver has to hand over the parcel and come back with cash, and at the end of the month somebody has to work out what you are actually owed.
Confirmation is the whole game
Unconfirmed leads become failed deliveries, and a failed delivery costs you the shipping both ways plus the goods sitting in a depot. Every lead is called until there is an answer or a reason.
Stock has to be local
A customer in Casablanca will not wait for a parcel from Shenzhen. We hold your stock in-country, reserve it the moment an order is confirmed, and tell you when it is running out.
Cash has to be reconciled
Money collected by a driver is not money in your account. Every statement shows what was collected, what was charged and why, line by line, against the orders that produced it.
Returns are not an edge case
In COD they are routine. Returned stock goes back into your available balance rather than disappearing, and the statement shows the return fee against the order that caused it.
How it works
Four steps, and you can see all of them.
Send your leads
Upload a CSV, add them by hand, or connect your store. Duplicate phone numbers are flagged before they reach an agent.
We call them
An agent confirms the order, fixes the address, and can add products to the basket. Every attempt and outcome is recorded.
We ship and collect
Stock is reserved on confirmation and shipped from the warehouse in that country. The carrier collects the cash on delivery.
You get settled
A statement covering the period: cash collected, fees itemised, net payable. Nothing rounded into a single number.
What you get access to
The same screens we use to run it.
You are not emailing a spreadsheet and waiting. Everything below is the operational system, not a customer-facing summary of it.
Every lead and every call
Status, attempt count, which agent, what they heard. Confirmed, no answer, callback scheduled, wrong number, cancelled — with the note the agent wrote.
Live stock, per country
On hand, reserved against confirmed orders, and available to sell. Every movement is recorded with its reason, and corrections are new entries rather than edits.
Sourcing on request
Ask us to source and stock a product for you. You see the request move through approval, payment, shipping and receipt, with the supplier's invoice attached.
Statements you can audit
Each charge names the orders behind it and the rate applied. A printable invoice for your own books, and nothing changes once a statement is issued.
Where we deliver
Six markets, each with local stock and local agents.
Prices, fees and stock are held per country, because a dirham is not a riyal and a delivery in Algiers does not cost what one costs in Dubai.
What it costs
You pay for work done and cash collected.
No setup fee to see the platform. Rates are set per country and agreed before you send your first lead.
- Per lead called
- A flat fee for working the lead, whatever the outcome. Calling costs the same whether they say yes or no.
- Per confirmed order
- Charged when a call turns into an order, on top of the lead fee.
- Per delivery
- The shipping cost in that country. A separate, smaller fee applies when a parcel comes back.
- Percentage of cash collected
- Applied to what the customer actually paid on delivery, not to what was ordered.
- Storage per unit
- For stock we hold on your behalf. Nothing if you ship it in and it moves.
Every one of these appears as its own line on your statement, with the quantity and rate that produced it.
Tell us what you sell and where.
The application takes a few minutes: your business, your markets, and roughly how many orders a month. A person reads it.
